Here's How The CSA Freestyle Luxe Cancel For Any Reason Benefit Works:

 You can cancel your Trip for any reason not otherwise covered by the policy and be reimbursed for up to 100% of the prepaid, forfeited, nonrefundable Payments or Deposits you paid for your Trip.

 The Cancel For Any Reason benefit's cost is 50% extra for the CSA Freestyle Luxe

 You must fulfill these requirements to have the Cancel For Any Reason Benefit:

 1) You must order your CSA Freestyle Luxe plan no later than 24 hours after your initial trip payment; and
 2) You insure all prepaid Trip costs that are subject to cancellation penalties or restrictions and also insure within 7 days of the payment for those arrangements the cost of any subsequent arrangements (or any other subsequent arrangements not made through your travel agent) added to your Trip; and
 3) You are not disabled from travel at the time you pay your premium; and
 4) You must cancel your Trip 48 hours or more before your Scheduled Trip Departure Date.

Important: If you insure an amount less than your total prepaid trip costs that are subject to cancellation penalties or restriction there will be no coverage available under the Optional Cancel For Any Reason Benefit, if purchased.

The CSA Freestyle plan has an Optional Cancel for Business Reasons (must be purchased prior to or within 24 hours of final payment). The cost is 1.25% of the trip cost insured. This same coverage is included for the CSA Freestyle Luxe plan.

The Cancel for Business Reasons coverage includes the following unforeseeable events that occur while coverage is in effect:
1) an Insured or Traveling Companion is required to work during the Covered Trip. A written statement by a company officer and/or the Human Resources department demonstrating revocation of previously approved time off will be required.
2) an Insured's or Traveling Companion's place of employment is rendered unsuitable for business due to burglary, fire, flood, volcano, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disaster and the Insured or Traveling Companion is required to work as a result.
3) an Insured or Traveling Companion is directly involved in the merger of his or her employer or the acquisition of his or her employer by another company.
