It’s Good Erin Didn’t Take The Other Advice

I called 1-888-407-3584 and talked to Deanna about travel insurance and she was very helpful and friendly. That phone call saved me several hours searching for the right insurance! Thank you for a great service and friendly employees, which is hard to find these days.

The reason I did not get insurance is because my father-in-law is terminally ill (and we are assuming he’ll probably die right before our trip). I have to tell you that before I called TripInsuranceStore.com, I had called 2 other travel insurance comparison websites who told me this pre-existing condition would be covered in case we have to cancel our trip!!! So much for educating their customers.

So when I called Deanna, she told me right away this specific pre-existing condition is not covered with any insurance, which saved me not only time, but also money!
